Calling an 800 number from a payphone is free but you’ll get charge by your phone card company. Charges varies from 50 cents to $1.

My Onesuite account gets charge 55 cents for every payphone use.

Check with your prepaid calling card how much they charge for payphone use.

If you use local number it will be rate per minute + 25-50 cents
If 800 number +69 cents mandatory FCC charge
No fee at all, no tax, bonus minutes
I using it for 5+ years

I have a greendot mastercard and have had no problems using it. It is much like a real credit card.

Visa and Mastercard are the two main prepaid methods used on Pokerstars for payments but not sure if they are used for cashouts.

it will not as long as you are dialing into a toll free number.
however your minutes on the card will be different than say if you called from home or cell phone
